My first blog
 This is my first personal blog.  Hooray.  Now I have many questions.  Like how to make the home page look like it's not straight off a computer that I used in 2nd grade.  And other things.  Stay tuned.  There may be more.

Paul, I just need visuals. It just seems like there are 300 options (That's not an estimation...that was actually a combinatorics problem based on the layout options...rounded down). Also, I feel pressure (in order to comment on your and Lupe's blogs) to have a picture of myself that is actually not necessarily recognizable as myself...and my haircut just isn't cute enough to take a picture of that for the blog. See all the dilemmas? And, I'm technologically retarded.

My picture is, well, weird and dorky. And Melissa's was an accident. I'm pretty sure. Also, you can just try things on your blog and see if you like them or not. You can change it as much as you want.

Lastly, I leave you and your family with this little beauty. Almost as good as "I wanna you tender." Almost.

I like your picture. I think it's really cute of all three of you. I can't decide who's my favorite. And Paul's right--my picture was an accident. It's one of our engagement pictures, and somehow I managed to misuse the easiest cropper tool ever invented and cropped my face out. The best part is that I didn't notice for quite some time. I'm a smartie.

And I think your haircut is TOTALLY cute! When I ran into you the other day, I was thinking to myself, "Dude. Why can't I always have cute hair like Janel? Why didn't I learn her hair secrets for the three months during which I practically slept in her bed?" And then I remembered it was because we were in Mexico and trying not to offend Mama Cheya by not eating her fly tamales. It was a lost opportunity.

I'm sorry for leaving such a long comment. I'm just a little excited about all this interaction.

And, in conclusion, the fact that you use the word "combinatorics" in casual conversation indicates a negative level of retardation in any area.
